Cheney wins again

I thought I was going to throwup when I read this article. Who appointed this judge I wonder. It’s just sickening!!!!

  July 20, 2007 @ 7:57 am She’s not done with them yet. That judge didn’t want to touch this case and he’s probably right in saying it is not within his jurisdiction. But, Val will take it on up the courts until she finds one high enough to take it on.
