happy dst

Now see, this is a holiday I could get behind. Happy daylight saving time. It means spring is really here, it doesn’t get dark as early, people are in a good mood.

So, how would we celebrate DST? People could exhange gifts at the break of dawn. Card vendors would be ecstatic. Of course, there would be the conflict with Easter… hmmmm. So DST would be the (prepare for dirty word) secular and modern celebration. Community projects could be planned for the day like recycling projects or community cleanups, garden tending etc.

Anyway, happy dst and may you have many more.;)
